General
For the sharpest and clearest logo/design engraving, we recommend providing an SVG file or a high-quality PNG with a transparent background.
If you upload a lower quality image, there might be a slight delay in processing your order. If we need to make adjustments to your file to achieve the best possible engraving results there may be an additional design fee (which will be confirmed prior to completing the work). Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about file formats or need help preparing your logo for engraving.
Want to personalize your logo with contact details like phone number, email, or website? No problem! Simply include that information in the "Order Note" section during checkout.
Here's a quick tip: Keep the additional information concise and clear for optimal engraving results.

Returns
Since your item is customized just for you, we currently don't accept returns. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we take pride in the quality of the items we create.
Please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your product to discuss any concerns you may have.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us right away and include photos of the product and packaging.
Shipping
To streamline your gifting, we offer direct shipping to your clients. Simply enter your client's information as the shipping address during checkout.
For multiple gifts to different recipients, please place separate orders for each client as we will need to allocate shipping for each package.
No, at this time we currently can't ship to Canada or internationally.
Yes, we can offer expedited shipping and rush order options for an additional fee.
Please reach out before placing your order to ensure we can process your order within your timeframe.
Processing time for personalized items and gift baskets listed on the website typically takes 7-10 business days.
Standard shipping times will then apply based on your chosen option – For items that are custom ordered, processing times will vary.
Subscriptions
Our plans are designed to fit a variety of budgets, so you choose a subscription plan based on your needs.
At designated intervals throughout your subscription, we'll send beautifully curated gifts directly to your customers with a handwritten note “from you” to your customers.
We currently do not offer a subscription service with fully customizable items for each customer.
However, we do send a custom note with the gift that is specific to your customer and signed with your name. If you would like to send fully custom items to your customers, please contact us and we’d love to work with you to make your vision come true.
We offer a variety of subscription options, allowing you to send gifts, quarterly, annually, or on predetermined dates.
Absolutely! We understand your business needs might evolve. You can easily adjust your plan or pause your subscription at any time by contacting us.
While we handle the curation of each follow up box, we do offer a variety of options so that you can select the gift level that best suits the needs of you, your customer and your budget.
